HERA is Beneficiary of Sugarbowl’s Jam for the Cure

Sugar Bowl teamed up with Boarding for Breast Cancer and The HERA Foundation to Jam For The Cure on February 14, 2008.

The resort held a Dual Giant Slalom race in the Christmas Tree Race Arena and a rail jam in the Switching Yard Terrain Park. All entry fees from these events went to help find a cure for breast cancer and ovarian cancer. This was the first season for this event and we are planning on making it an annual event.Sugar Bowl saw a turn out of about 40 competitors who come out showing off their style and support for a cure.

This event was made possible by HERA, Boarding for Breast Cancer, Marmot, Giro, Black Diamond, Dragon Fly, Cotton Wood, Epataph, Gu Energy, Clif Bar, Red Bull, Summit Ski and Board Shop and Sugar Bowl.
