To raise money for: The HERA Ovarian Cancer Initiative

We fund cutting edge research for early detection and new directions in treatment by providing seed grants to bright scientists with bold ideas. To date, HERA has given 9 OSB1 seed grants.

We also fund initiatives to get women to the right doctors for surgery. (Less than 50% of women nationally get referrals to specialists while their male counterparts with prostate cancer always get a referral). We are committed to addressing this gender inequality in care through novel partnerships.

Our Climb4Life Goal: To climb for all the women battling this disease including the 25,500 new women who will be diagnosed in this year alone.To raise $100,000 to fight ovarian cancer.
