From the Redmond Airport:
Turn left onto Airport Way, go 1.8 miles, past the Expo Center. Turn Right to head North on Hwy 97 towards Redmond. (Follow "From Redmond" directions).

From Redmond (the South) to Red Point (Participant Check-in):
(Part 1)
At the intersection of Hwy 97 with W. Highland Avenue (the 3rd stoplight if you’re coming from South of Redmond), veer toward the Left to continue heading North on Highway 97

(Part 2)
Once in Terrebonne, turn Right onto B Avenue/Smith Rock Way at a flashing yellow light. Turn Left into the Red Point parking lot from Smith Rock Way. The parking lot is on the Thriftway grocery store side of Red Point.

To Smith Rock State Park from Red Point:
Heading East on Smith Rock Way, turn Left onto NE 1st St. which turns into NE Wilcox Ave. Turn left onto Crooked River Drive. After 0.4 miles, you will pass Rockhard/Juniper Junction. Take your first Left to go to the bivouac area. The second Left is for the RV Parking/Additional Parking area. Continue along this road to the Day Use Permit kiosk and main parking lot.

From the Willamette Valley/Sisters (the West):
Just East of downtown Sisters, continue on Hwy 126 towards Redmond. You will pass a Fred Meyer store on your right as you’re coming into downtown Redmond. Follow signs for Hwy 97 North. You will take a Left onto Hwy 97 to get to Terrebonne/Smith Rock State Park. (Follow Part 2 of "From Redmond" directions).

From Portland (the North):
Continue on Hwy 26 towards Madras/Bend. Once in Madras, stay straight to get onto Hwy 97. After passing signs for Cove Palisades and the town of Culver, you will see a Thriftway on your left. Immediately afterwards, there will be a yellow flashing light. Take a left at the yellow flashing light onto NE Smith Rock Way. Red Point Climber’s Supply is on the corner of Hwy 97 and NE Smith Rock Way. (Follow directions for To Smith Rock State Park).

From Prineville (the East) to Smith Rock:
Continue heading west on W 3rd St/Ochoco Hwy/Hwy 26 toward N. Maple Ave. Continue to follow W. 3rd St/Hwy 26 for 0.3 miles. Take a slight Left onto the Ochoco Hwy. Turn Right onto NW ONeil Hwy (OR-Hwy 370). NW ONeil Hwy becomes NE ONeil Way. Turn Right onto NE 33rd St. Turn Left onto NE Wilcox and Right onto Crooked River Drive.

Smith Rock to Skull Hollow Campground (the Grasslands):
Turn Left onto Wilcox which turns into NW Lambert Rd. After 2 miles you will come to a stop sign. Take a Left at the stop sign. At the next stop sign, take another Left onto N. Lone Pine Road, heading toward Lone Pine/Madras. About 4 miles later, there will be an inconspicuous driveway on the left. There is a small brown sign that says Skull Hollow Campground on left-hand side of the road just before the driveway. Turn Left into Skull Hollow Campground (the Grasslands).
