HERA Announces a New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the HERA Women’s Cancer Foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank Kelly Voss for the meaningful work she did for the organization over the past year. We regret to see her go, but we are grateful for the energy she brought to the table and the strong impact she made in development, programs, and fostering a strong and cohesive Board.
Nickie Kelly

Additionally, we are pleased to introduce Nickie Kelly as Interim Executive Director of the Foundation. Nickie comes to us with a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and experience in Board Governance with the Colorado Mountain Club, Program Development with the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program of Boulder County and Program Management with various aerospace contractors. More importantly, Nickie comes with a lot of passion for HERA’s mission and has already impressed us with her ability to inspire us and complete the work that needs to be done.

We are also very lucky to have the talents of Merrit Rinard as our Development Manager. She joined us this Fall and has quickly taken on an important roles for us including taking the lead on communications.

HERA is looking forward to a successful 2016 and we are excited to have strong leadership from Nickie and Merritt (HERA staff) and the Board of Directors and all of our volunteers as we begin to shape our future. Please join us in welcoming Nickie Kelly (info@HERAfoundation.org)
