Partnerships
HERA is currently at work on partnerships to ensure that women get to gyn/oncologists for care. Getting to the right doctor is key to improving survival.

Less than 50% of women nationally and less than 30% of women in the mountain states are getting to the right doctors.

This is in contrast to men who routinely receive specialty referrals for prostate cancer. Our goal is to change that statistic and correct the inequality in care between men’s and women’s cancer of the reproductive system.
