Registration Now Open for 5th Annual Climb4LifeSM Colorado

Denver, Colo.  (April 28, 2011) – Registration is now available online for participants in the popular annual climbing and hiking event that raises funds for ovarian cancer research.  Climbers and hikers of all abilities and ages are invited to participate in the 5th Annual HERA Climb4LifeSM Colorado weekend in Boulder on June 24th and 25th.

“Our goal in staging the Boulder Climb4Life is to raise awareness of ovarian cancer symptoms,” said Jill Slansky, Board President of HERA. “The funds we raise through Climb4Life provide for scientific research into effective treatments,” she added.  More than 150 participants are expected at this year’s Climb4Life Colorado.

Early registration is open through May 23rd for a fee of $60 and includes a commemorative event t-shirt. The registration fee increases to $75 May 24th – June 24th.

Registration also includes a goodie bag full of items from event sponsors, entrance to the Hang Time Happy Hour on Friday night, as well as the Summit Party on Saturday night. Other activities throughout the weekend include yoga, sports massage, outdoor skills clinics, gear giveaways, and a silent auction.
