• RETURNS: Similarly, we do not accept returns of any products purchased through HERA. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be returned for exchange, refund, or credit.

• EXCEPTIONS: Exceptions to this policy may be granted in the rare event of a product arriving damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process. Please note that any requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.
