There are many ways to support the HERA Women’s Cancer Foundation. Donate now and your support will be used to educate about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, empower women to know and be comfortable with their bodies, and to fund cutting edge ovarian cancer research. Some donors take advantage of the additional tax savings that can come from giving stocks or real estate. Giving can also be incorporated into estate and financial planning. Many donors are also utilizing the matching gifts programs of companies they work for to maximize the dollars given to HERA. Ask you company if they have a matching gift program.

Memorials/Tributes
Gifts can be given in memory of a loved one or a dear friend or colleague. Additionally, gifts can be given as a tribute to honor someone. These gifts not only provide a charitable deduction but also serve as a strong acknowledgement of someone important in your life.
Matching Gifts
Many employers provide a matching gift program that can double or even triple your gift. Check with your company’s community or corporate contributions office to find out if this opportunity is available.
Year-End Appeal
HERA’s annual year-end appeal campaign occurs through the Community First Foundation’s GivingFirst program. Go to the Giving First site to donate to HERA. A benefit of giving through this site is that at special times of the year, such as Colorado Gives Day, incentive funds are provided for each gift donated. All processing fees are paid by Community First, which means that 100% of your donation comes directly to HERA.
United Way
Though HERA is not a United Way agency, you may designate a gift to HERA through your local United Way, or on your own. After taking a small percentage of the total donation, United Way sends the remaining amount to HERA. Consider setting up a United Way donation to HERA on a quarterly basis.
Hosting/Planning a Fundraising Event
